We truly hope that you love your new Aryele purchases, however, we are here to help if you need to return an item. We kindly ask you to check your measurements against our Size Guide before purchasing.
If for any reason, you need to return your order, we are happy to offer a full refund on full-priced items or exchange when the return complies with our Returns Policy below:
Aryele gladly accepts returns within a 30-day period from the original purchase date under the following conditions:
- Item(s) are unworn, unwashed, unused, unexposed to perfume or cosmetics and in its original condition with all tags intact.
- The returned item(s) are accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Any discounts received at the time of purchase will be carried over.
- Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and hairpieces are unable to be returned for change of mind.
- We are unable to review any items via email or phone. All items must be physically returned to ARYELE.
- Items bought on sale can be exchanged for a different item or size, or alternatively a Gift Card to be used at a later date but cannot be returned for a refund.

For faulty or incorrectly supplied Items:
Aryele the Label will pay for return shipping costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items and offer a full refund. Simply email us at hello@aryelethelabel.com
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/ exchange / store credit. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 days of when we receive the return, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, alternatively, you can choose to be issued with store credit.
Refunds will be processed via original payment method only (unless store credit is requested) and all refunds are processed in the original currency of the order ($AUD). Any conversion loss, will not be covered within the refund process. Store credit for returns/exchanges will be valid for 12 months from date of return. Aryele does not refund any initial shipping charges or additional charges, including customs, duties or sales taxes (these are not included in our prices).
Please note:
Aryele is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
Returns outside of this period will not be accepted. Aryele reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.
Pending item availability, we will make all reasonable attempts to secure exchange requests. If the item is no longer available, you will be offered a store credit or refund.
Aryele does not cover the cost of international or local returns, unless the garment is either faulty or the incorrect item has been sent.

Late or missing refunds
Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed, pending payment method/ financial institution. If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days, first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet after 12 days, please contact us at hello@aryelethelabel.com

I love these pants! They are extremely comfortable to wear and can be dressed up or down. This week I’ve worn them in the office and out with a friend for a catch up. They are the perfect addition to my wardrobe 😊

These pants are the bees knees! The fabric is a heavy woven fabric which gives really great structure and feel. I love the heavy elasticated waistband. It is thoroughly hugging my waist in all the right ways. My favourite feature is the stripe but i also cannot go without saying thank you thank you for the outstanding and thoughtful length for us tall girls. Im 177cmish and these sit perfectly on my adidas sambas and length is also good with my short heels. They have collected some fluff off my wool rug however i am told a quick lint roller will get that off. Thanks so much. Now i need another colourway!! :)

These pants are the best ...comfortable a great fabric and the stripe makes them quite stylish. They do run large so I needed to go down a size. Overall very happy 😊

Love these pants. Lovely warm fabric, nice and long. I’m 174cm, and roll the top so they sit where I like them to length wise as I don’t like trousers high on my waist. Would definitely buy again or in other colours as the wool fabric is hard to find, and they are gorgeous pants.

Lovely pants but very long and I will have to get at least 25cm cut . Pants were quite expensive and I’m hoping that the alteration is not going to cost a lot but suspect it might so that’s dissappointing . I am 163cm for your FYI

Great quality and comfortable. Can as easily wear casually or to work but the stripe detail is that bit extra which I love. I would usually tend more to an L but fit the M in these. They were a bit long for me, but the quality of the material made taking them up very easy to do well.
For an XXS in size it’s quite a large fit
Absolutely love my Riley’s. The quintessential dress up or down pant; perfect for dinner with a white shirt or morning coffee with the fab AA logo sweater. Fabric is gorgeous and colourway goes with everything. And super comfortable!
